• Usage data: Pages you visit, features you use, errors that occur, and general interaction patterns collected through analytics tools.
• Marketing data: Your email address if you sign up for our waitlist or newsletter.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Service, including generating tailored resumes and cover letters.
• Maintain and secure your account.
• Improve the Service and fix problems.

• Process payments for paid features.

3. AI Processing

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (specifically, large language models provided through Amazon Web Services Bedrock) to parse your resume, analyze job descriptions, and generate tailored documents.

When you use these features, your resume and job description data is sent to the AI model for processing. Here is what you should know:

• Your data is not used to train AI models. The content you provide is used solely to generate your results and is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.
• AI-processed data is not retained by the AI provider beyond the time needed to complete your request.
• You should always review generated content for accuracy before using it.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell your email address. We do not sell email lists. We do not sell your resume data, job application data, or any other information you provide to us. This applies to all of your data, in all circumstances, to any third party.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate and improve GetInterviews.Today:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting, data storage, user authentication (Cognito), and AI processing (Bedrock).
• Stripe: Payment processing. When you make a payment, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe under their Privacy Policy.
• PostHog: Product analytics to understand how the Service is used and identify issues.
• Google Analytics: Website traffic analytics on our landing page.
• Mailchimp: Email marketing and waitlist management.

These services receive only the data necessary to perform their function. We do not share your resume or job application content with any of these services except AWS, which hosts and processes it as part of the core Service.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted data storage and encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• Secure authentication through AWS Cognito.
• Access controls that limit data access to authorized systems.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You have control over your data:

• Delete your resume: You can delete your uploaded resume from the Service at any time.
• Delete jobs: You can delete any job and its associated tailored resume, cover letter, and chat history.
• Download your documents: You can download your generated resumes and cover letters as PDFs.
• Unsubscribe from marketing: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following tracking technologies:

• Google Analytics: Uses cookies on our landing page to understand website traffic.
• PostHog: Uses browser local storage in our application to track product usage and identify issues.

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies or clearing local storage may affect how the Service functions.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
